Dr. John Muto

     Dr. Muto received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1979 graduating Magna cum Laude from the Southern California College of Optometry.

     Dr. Muto opened his first practice in Nampa in 1980 and later became a partner at Idaho Eyecare Center in 1985. In 1992, Dr. Muto became the president of Idaho Eyecare Center P.A.

     Dr. Muto is certified in Corneal Reshaping Therapy, diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceuticals, laser co-management, and ocular disease.

     He is a member of the Idaho Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, Beta Sigma Kappa, and the Contact Lens Section of the American Optometric Association.

     He and his wife, Mary Ann, have two sons who are currently in college. Dr. Muto enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, and cooking.
